Your downloads should be accessible right after you make your purchase. A link to the PDF file will be provided to you upon purchasing.
There ma be some delay in processing your payment, which may affect the time it takes fo your file(s) to be available to you.

If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we at Blue Oceans Sand Dollar are here to help. We offer free online returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a partial refund (purchase price minus shipping fee), after 30 days there will be no refund. Item must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging. Lost or stolen packages will be verified with courier before refunding to the original payment method.
Reasonable exchanges can be made within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. Please email us FIRST for approval with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, reason for exchange, and the new item you would like to have. You will be asked to send the item you received back to us and the new item will be sent to you once we have received your returned item (regardless of the item being damaged or in perfect condition).
Please note the following exceptions:
- Digital and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No refund will be given for exchanged items.To make a return, use the provided return label to ship the item you wish to return back to us. Once we receive your item, we will process your return within 7 business days. The refund will be sent to your original method of payment.

Any note-taking applications (i.e., GoodNotes, Notability, etc.) work well with the digital planners and journals.
Canva can be used to customize the menu and place card templates to make the product your own.

GoodNotes: GoodNotes has to modes: Edit and Read-Only. To use hyperlinks, make sure you are in Read-Only mode indicated by the crossed-out pencil icon and is in the top right corner.
If this doesn’t work, please send me a message via email, found at bottom of page, and I will look into it. Once I fixed the issue, I will send you an email with the updated file. I will also update the product listing for future purchases.
